A Simple Headache Remedy Using Five Amethyst Points.

A headache is the physical manifestation of an energy interference. It is caused by either an oversupply of energy or an energy blockage. This energy imbalance can usually be diffused with an Amethyst point, which is used to move the energy away from the area of imbalance. This really is a simple headache remedy using Amethyst.

This simple headache remedy layout uses five Amethyst points.

Naturally, you will need five natural Amethyst points to get started. These need only to be small points, say around 1 to 3 centimetres in length. You may use slightly larger points if that is what you have available.

Lie down in a quiet and darkened place. Now rest an Amethyst on both sides of the base of your throat, just above the innermost end of the collarbones. It is best to have them facing upwards towards the head. Place another Amethyst in the middle of the forehead pointing up towards the top of the head. Place another above the crown of the head, pointing away from the crown of the head. Another is placed below the back of the head. Yet another under the cervical vertebrae of the neck, pointing up towards the head. Relax with the crystals in place for 5-15 minutes, or for as long as it takes for the headache to ease.

A glass of water beforehand is helpful with this headache remedy and be sure to drink plenty of clean water following the treatment.

Tumbled Amethyst may be substituted.

Tumbled Amethyst may be substituted if Amethyst points are unavailable, but points are preferable. It is not unusual for there to be a slight increase in the intensity of the headache at the beginning of this treatment. This may be softened by placing a small Rose Quartz tumbled stone behind each of the Amethyst points.
