A Crystal Energy Balance
Using 2, 4, or 6 Clear Quartz Points or Generators.

Giving yourself or another, a crystal energy balance is a wonderful indulgence or gift. It carries great benefits for your general health and wellbeing. As well as it smoothing out the glitches in your energy body. And receiving a Crystal Energy Balance using 2, 4, or 6 Clear Quartz points or generators is highly desirable.
This is a particularly good technique to use if you are strung-out or edgy. And it is just as beneficial if you are a bit worn down and lethargic.
To do this you will need 2, 4, or 6 Clear Quartz points. The best size to use is what fits comfortably in your hand. Generally about 1” to 2” or 2cm to 5cm in length.
Using 2 Points, (good):
Sit in a comfortable straight-backed chair, with your feet on the ground or floor. (You may find slightly better results if you can sit outdoors with your bare feet on the earth or grass).
Arrange your hands so that they are placed palm up, on each of your thighs. Also, have a Clear Quartz point resting on each palm. You may fold your fingers over and lightly hold them if this is more comfortable for you.
This is the important bit. The one in your left hand should be pointing up your arm and the one in your right hand should be pointing toward your fingers. This is causing an anti-clockwise flow of energy.
If you meditate then now is a good time to do so. If not, just close your eyes and relax. With this and the following techniques, you have a choice. 1) To sit for the duration of the time it takes until you feel or sense or experience a change in your energy flow. Or to stay seated for as long as you wish and enjoy the experience. Fortunately, you cannot ‘overcook’ yourself.
But, once the crystals have done their job, no extra time is really needed and it is quite proper to finish at that time.
Alternatively, you can have another person place the crystals in your hand for you. Or you can provide assistance for them.
Using 4 Points, (better):
Using four points is the same as above, with the addition of placing a point under each foot. The point under the left foot should be facing the heal. While the one under the right foot points towards the toes.
An alternative is to tape or have someone hold a point at each temple, instead of under the feet. The point at the left temple needs to be pointing up and the right one pointing down.
Using 6 Points, (best):
Using this technique you will need a helper or the use of some surgical tape. In addition to the points at the hands and feet, one is placed on both sides of the head at the temples. If you are doing this by yourself you will need to tape the crystals to your temples using the surgical tape. Or another way is to hold the crystals in place with the aid of a headband. With a helper, they will hold a point at each temple. The point at the left temple needs to be pointing up and the right one pointing down.
If you have the assistance of a helper, they may also sense the change in your energy, through their fingers or hands. As they will know you have achieved balance most will want to stop at this point. That is unless you can convince them to stay there for you.
Calm Overactivity and Nervousness with this Energy Balance.
This last technique is particularly effective with ADD or ADHD children. Or anybody really who is just plain overactive or nervy, or finds it hard to concentrate. If you can get them to sit for you, you will find that the crystal energy balance calms their hyperactivity. It also increases their concentration but doesn’t alter their personality or zest for life.
I have known many whom once they have had a session or two, begin to line-up or volunteer for a balance. Obviously, I’d say because of the difference they can feel within themselves.
