Crystal for Heart Problems.
Q. My husband has just had his second heart attack in eight months. Is there a crystal for heart problems? More specifically is there a crystal that can help him with his recovery and that might help in the long run?
A. Here are a few suggestions that you may choose from. Select the one(s) that you and your husband feel resonate with him the most. This is your intuition at work and it will guide you to the crystal that will work best with him.
Generally speaking green and/or pink stones are suitable for supporting the heart and its functions and will assist with recovery. Any one of them is equally a good choice as a crystal for heart problems. From the pink crystals, Rhodochrosite, Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline and Mangano Calcite would be suitable and from the green crystals, look at Chrysoprase, Emerald, Green Aventurine, Green Obsidian and Peridot for support and healing.
In addition to the stones already mentioned, Amazonite, Amber, and Aqua Aura can help to strengthen the heart. Plus Hematite can help with inflammation and blood flow.
I would probably only choose up to three stones and wear these over the heart chakra. (This is where your heart is in the middle of your chest). Place the stones in a pouch and pin them inside clothing over the heart. Or likewise, you could suspend them on the outside like a pendant. Of course, a pendant(s) would be ideal, or a tumbled stone(s) suspended likewise in a wire cage.

The physical heart is not in the middle of the chest, the spiritual heart is, the physical heart is below the left breast. Just a true F.Y.I. from a medical standpoint. There is enough false Info going around the world today.
I think they meant, the heart chakra is where the heart is (location wise) but it’s centered.
I don’t believe they are saying the heart is in the center of your chest. Lol
True but it’s hard to get a necklace to curve that way.
So the closest we can get is the middle.
The physical heart is in the middle of the chest, but more to the left of center. The stomach / pancreas is under the left breast. From a nurse who has done lots of cardiographs in my time.
The spiritual heart center is close to the thymus.
